The Rhythms of Vietnamese Coffee:
Vietnam boasts two distinct coffee harvest seasons:

September to December/January: This primary harvest season focuses on Robusta coffee, particularly in the Central Highlands regions like Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Kontum. During this time, the beans reach their peak ripeness, offering a robust and full-bodied flavor profile with a pleasant kick of caffeine.

December to February (Da Lat only): In the highlands around Da Lat, Arabica coffee enjoys a slightly later harvest period. These cooler temperatures contribute to the development of a complex acidity, subtle sweetness, and a smooth body in the Arabica beans.
